Sara Heuer is co-founder of SarJay GmbH. She currently works for EMI Music in Finance and Accounting, her executive position with SarJay is resting.

Sara graduated from the University of Michigan in the Executive MBA Class of 2004. At that time she was the youngest student in this Top 5 Business School program (see Business Week Ranking).

She offers a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Finance, Strategic Planning, Global Accounting, Global Project Management, and People Development.

Her experiences with the preparation of reports and analysis for the executive management team at Whirlpool Corporation ($15B/year revenue) gave her unique and deep insights into the mentality and thinking of the top leadership team.

As project manager in the Global Business Performance Management Program of Whirlpool Corporation, she led a global team to successfully introduce a Common Global Chart of Accounts. This project had been attempted several times over the last decade, without success. Sara’s leadership and insights helped the team succeed.

Her interest in effective management techniques and team work got her in touch with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tool (MBTI®) for talent development. She is certified to use this tool herself and hold seminars about it.
